If you're struggling for dinner ideas, we have listed three of our favorite meals that are delicious and easy to prepare.

- Chickpea Pasta Salad
This recipe is so simple and healthy! The best part about it is that you can make it however you want. All you need for your main ingredients are tomatoes, chickpea pasta (any brand will do) and organic Italian dressing. You could also add broccoli or cucumbers. And if you don't like chickpea pasta, you could use whole grain pasta! We have even tried adding bacon and using ranch instead of Italian dressing. It's so delicious.

- Hobo Foil Dinners
This is the best recipe for a nice cozy meal. It takes about 45 minutes to cook but prep time is quick. You will need ground beef (amount of food depends on how many people your feeding). You will be making hamburger patties out of them. For vegetables, you could use whatever of the combination you want but these are our favorite: potatoes (red or sweet potato), carrots, red peppers, and onions. The seasonings you will use are: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, season salt, and pepper. When we make this meal we usually just eye the seasons to our liking. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F and cube all vegetables. Get two decent sized, pieces of tinfoil and place them crisscrossed on each other, place your hamburger patty in the center and season. Then place your veggies all around the patty and lightly season with season salt and pepper. Place food tins on baking sheet and in the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

- Zucchini. Sausage & Pepper Skillet
This is by far one of our favorite meals to make. It is super easy, healthy and tastes so delicious. You only need 2 zucchini's, 1 red pepper and 1lb turkey sausage. The seasonings you are going to need are garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper as well as olive oil. Cook your sausage and drain the liquid, add in your peppers and zucchini, and seasonings, cover and cook until veggies are soft (about 10-15 min). Enjoy!
