Name and what you do for Gold Elite?  My name is Cory Chipp and I am the CEO and founder of Gold Elite. I do the majority of design. I help with social media, events, and I oversee daily operations for the business.

Favorite Gold Elite piece?
My favorite piece is the classic pant. (in any color)

What helps motivates you in your career?
What motivates me is seeing the strong community of women I am helping to bring together. Giving them confidence to look their best while trying to be the best.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I love Utah, but I don’t like the snow. So I would have to say Scottsdale, Arizona.
What is your favorite type of workout?
I’m a strength training girl! Anything but cardio.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
This is hard but I would have to say tacos!

Name & what you do for Gold Elite?
My name is Tricia Sagastume and I am the CFO and co-founder of Gold Elite.  I run the financials of Gold Elite, everything from budgeting our cash flow to developing our pricing strategies.  But my favorite part of work is assisting Cory and Jessica with design decisions on product and helping them build our team of amazing Gold Girls.
    Favorite Gold Elite piece?
My favorite piece is our classic cheetah bra and luxe cheetah pant.  And I’m absolutely in love with our new limited edition line Siciley Red co-designed by our Gold Girl Shailey Collier.
What helps motivates you in your career?
My 4 children, especially my daughters.  I want them to know they too can achieve success both in motherhood and a career.  I want to be an example to them of how to be independent and seek after what they want in life.  I want them to see first hand all success comes from being brave enough to try.  I want them to be creators and builders, this is where I believe the most satisfaction comes in life.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I couldn't pick just one place to live.  There are so many wonderful places.  I would pick Utah as my home - I love the mountains and deserts.  But I would head to a different tropical or beach location every January and February starting with Italy.
What is your favorite type of workout?
To keep a body healthy one must train cardio, strength, and flexibility.   I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for cardio, weights for strength, and yoga for flexibility.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Tough question I love all food.  I would want to eat cheese fries, but that would get old quick so I would pick teriyaki chicken, veggies and rice.

Name & what you do for Gold Elite?
My name is Jessica Willey and I am the CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) and co-founder of Gold Elite Apparel.  I create and maintain the website and information systems for Gold Elite.  I also work closely with Cory and Tricia on other projects and day to day operations of Gold Elite such as marketing, our Gold Girl program, and design.
    Favorite Gold Elite piece?
I love so many of our pieces!  If I could only pick one favorite I would probably have to pick the Luxe Cheetah Leggings paired with the Blush Racer Back Sports Bra.
What helps motivates you in your career?
Since I was young I’ve always had a passion for business. I would make lemonade and bead animal stands to sale to the neighborhood and I studied business in college.  Now that I’m older, my family and passion for business both motivate me in my career.  I want to be a good example for my children and show them that hard work pays off.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Home is where ever my family is!  I love Utah because I have a great support system of family here and I love the mountains, but I wouldn’t be opposed if they all wanted to move somewhere with a beach.
What is your favorite type of workout?
I love hiking in the mountains.  I also love home workout videos because my kids are young and I can get in a quick workout while the baby is napping, although I have the added weight of my son during planks.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
It would have to be a meal with a lot of variety.  Maybe a salad with a variety of proteins and veggies with a roll on the side and a chocolate strawberry for dessert.  Although I would horribly miss pizza.
