If you are looking for some new snack ideas that will fuel the body here are a few of our favorites. They are quick to make with very few ingredients and taste so yummy!

1. Sour Frozen Grapes

We found this recipe by Ashley McCrary, and we promise you are going to love this quick and delicious snack! You will need three simple ingredients: green grapes, Monk Fruit Sweetener and Limes. Make sure to clean and dry the grapes, once that is done, you are going to place the grapes and the lime juice in a bowl. Mix together and let sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Place the Monk Fruit Sweetener in a separate bowl and completely coat each grape. Place grapes on parchment paper on top of a tray/baking sheet and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours; then enjoy!

2. Oven Roasted Chickpeas

The best thing about this recipe is that you can literally make any flavor you want, we are just going to give you the basics. You are going to need 1 can of chickpeas, 1tbs olive oil, 1tsp salt, 1tsp paprika, 1/2 ground cumin, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Drain the chickpeas and rinse with cold water. Place them in a large baking dish and bake for 15 minutes (use a large enough dish so you don't stack chickpeas).Take them out of the oven and mix the seasonings and olive oil, then bake for another 15 minutes until gold and crispy. Let cool down in the oven with door open for a crispier taste and enjoy!

These.Are.So.Good. You will want to make a bunch because they are addicting and so easy to make! You are going to need a batch of strawberries, coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, and honey (popsicle mold and popsicle sticks). Dice up a few strawberries and set aside. Add the coconut milk, yogurt, honey and whole strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in the diced strawberries, pour into the popsicle mold, and place the sticks.  4. Veggies & Greek Yogurt Dip

Vegetables are the easiest, healthiest snack to go for but sometimes they can be less appealing then other snacks in your fridge. Here is the recipe for a mouth watering dip that will add flavor and appeal to your vegetables . You will need: 16oz greek yogurt, 3tbsp dried parsley, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp onion powder, 1/4tsp pepper, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp dried basil, 1tbs green onion. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Enjoy!

5. Sweet Potato Chips

Mmm you can't go wrong with anything sweet potato and these chips are the best, crunchy snack with tons of flavor. The ingredients you are going to need are 4 sweet potatoes, 1tbs olive oil, 1 1/2tsp chili powder, 1/2tsp salt, 1/8tsp seasoned salt, dipping sauce of your choice (ranch, ketchup, fry sauce). Preheat your oven to 425°F and cut sweet potatoes into thin slices. Combine seasonings and olive oil in a bowl then add sweet potatoes to coat. In a single layer, cover a non-stick and lightly oil baking sheet with the potatoes. Place in the oven for 10 minutes on each side, turning them over only once. Once that is done, broil, on high, for for a few minutes (making sure they don't burn). Devour!
